I took around 1000 photos during this trip..its madness and fun.
Day 1
Darling came to pick me up at 9 + in the morning. Drove to his house. I helped him to pack clothings while he took a short nap.
Drove to seletar airport and reach there around 1.45pm to check in. Flight is at 3.05pm. Journey is 35 mins.

Reached at 4+ pm. At arrival Hall filling up the forms. Took photos of the angmoh children using DSLR borrowed from darling's brother. The pics turned out to be so clear and nice. First time using a DSLR and I'm in love with it. I was tempted to buy a DSLR for myself. But not right now, no money to buy.
The 3 little angmoh kids are talking and playing with the kitty. They are very cute..Haha
The man from Paya Beach Resort picked us from airport. Took speedboat from jetty to resort which is ard 15 mins. Took photos of the surroundings. The sea is clear blue that you can see fishes swimming and the corals beneath, unlike sg sea water is murky and dirty. This is the first time i go to an island for holiday. I just feel so peaceful over there. I like tioman so much, even before i reach the resort. Tioman island is like a heaven.
The jetty was filled with people when we arrived. I think they are waiting for boat to mersing. The walk from jetty to resort is about 5 mins. We took some time exploring around and taking photos before checking into the resort. The resort staffs are friendly and some of them can actually speak chinese.
Our room is superior sea facing, room no 703, 2nd storey. The room is kinda small but still okay. I'm not fussy about rooms. Rested for few minutes before heading out to hunt for food cos we are super duper hungry. We have not eat breakfast and lunch yet. Dinner buffet has not started so we walked to the other side of the island and settled down at a chinese seafood restaurant for some food to fill our hunger. Took lots of photos on the way. Hehe
We ordered seafood tom yum food and kuay tiao. The ingredients for soup is little. alot of sotong, small shrimps. Overall not so bad. Headed back to resort to rest and to charge camera battery.
By the time we get out of our room, it was already evening. Took photos again before dinner buffet at resort which starts at 6.30pm. I love taking photos with the scenery. So lovely and dreamy.

When we reached the buffet area, it was packed with tourists, mixture of angmohs, msians, sporeans. The buffet food was so so only. Didnt eat much. By the time we finished dinner, the sky had turned dark. We took a stroll before heading back to room to shower and sleep.
This marked the end of day 1 at tioman island. Day 2 will be snorkelling day. Will post pics up soon.
